Strawberry Letter 23 Tart IPA
This brew blurs the lines between IPA, Sour Ale, and Fruited Ale for a unique summer beer you won't want to miss! Brewed with lactose for a smooth mouthfeel, Mosaic hops and lupulin powder for a gentle hop bite, soured with Lactobacillus Delbrueckii, and fermented on top of ripe strawberries for a natural fruited flavor.
Into The Fire New England IPA
At first, this brew is inviting with its citrus and passionfruit hop flavors, and then it hooks you with a delicious twist of grapefruit bitterness at the end. With a few recipe updates, Into The Fire returns more hazy, juicy, and delicious than ever.
Sour Me Mojito
The fifth entry to our Sour Series is ‘Sour Me Mojito.’ This brew mixes the inherent mouth puckering flavors of the brew with bright lime juices and zest with the sweetness of mint for a perfect blend of tart and sweet. Sip the essence of summer with this classic cocktail-inspired brew.
