Night Shit One Hop This Time Simcoe ReturnsFrom Night Shift:
This week marks the return of One Hop This Time: Simcoe! Our rotating single-hop IPA series keeps a consistent recipe, save for the featured hop - a great way to explore new flavor profiles, learn about ingredients, and build your hoppy beer palate. Simcoe is a stalwart West Coast hop that has found its way into many of our other IPA recipes. We love the way fruity notes like apricot and grapefruit pair with an underlying piney, resinous quality. Cans and draft pours will be available in the Taproom on Thursday and out in stores next week!

For 2019 we also have One Hop Double Time Citra single-hop DIPA (16oz cans).
