This Dark Sour is yet another test on our team to explore the variations possible with barrel aged sours and creating one of a kind brews with complex recipes and flavors to captivate all craft beer lovers. Tasting Notes:
This light/medium-bodied barrel-aged sour pours dark with ruby highlights and an off-white head. Bourbon and tart fruit aromas give way to a complex mix of the tart, sweetness of a dark sour with the Bourbon, vanilla, and charred wood notes of Retribution barrels. Midnight Due is complex, yet highly drinkable.
