“A very important decision for a craft brewer in the state of Virginia is aligning with the right distribution partner,” said Neil Burton, Strangeways’ founder and a 1987 James Monroe High School graduate, in a news release. “Brown Distributing, in our home market of Richmond, has worked with us from day one and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Partnering with VED was the next logical step to our expansion plans. They simply build brands in Virginia and we want to be part of that story.”
