Fullers Wise Men Returns For 2017

Fullers Wise Men Returns For 2017From Fullers:

Once again, we've teamed up with Prostate Cancer to brew Wise Men; a hoppy, golden cask ale.

11,000 men each year die from the disease - the most commonly diagnosed cancer in men in the UK.
Partnering with Prostate Cancer UK, Wise Men helps to raise awareness of a very serious cause.
By donating 50p per pint sold in our 198 managed pubs, and £10 for every firkin sold to our tenants and free-trade customers, we're also helping raise money that will fund research into diagnosis, treatment and prevention of prostate cancer, as well as support men and their families who are affected by the disease.
Wise Men was first brewed in 2016, and has piney, tropical and citrus notes with hints of lemon and coriander. It is brewed with Sazz, Chinook and Bravo hops, then dry hopped with Sorachi Ace and Jester hops.
Nick Corden, Retail Marketing Manager for Fuller’s, said:

I think this is a fantastic idea, raising money and awareness for an important cause with a delicious beer. After the success of Wise Men last year, it was a no-brainer to work with Prostate Cancer UK again this year and relaunch the seasonal beer.

By 2030, prostate cancer is set to become the most commonly diagnosed cancer of all in the UK. 83% of men at an increased risk are not aware that they’re at risk.
Join us in helping bring an end to that by raising a glass of Wise Men this winter.
