Indeed Brewing Releasing Mango Helio 750ml Bottles 11/16

We brought you a peek at this beer in Oct, and now here’s another beer I can’t wait to try from Indeed Brewing:

MINNEAPOLIS, MN NOVEMBER 8, 2017: Indeed Brewing will release 750 ml bottles of its newest Wooden Soul offering, Mango Helio, at the brewery in mid-November.
Mango Helio is a variant of Indeed’s Heliotropic Brett Saison in a fruity parallel universe. After being aged for 5-6 months in oak barrels, Heliotropic was refermented on fresh mango for an additional 2+ months. Flavors of ripe mango, funky brett, and an extra layer of acidity adorn the usual cast of Helio flavors and aromatics.

Indeed will hold the 750 ml bottle release of Mango Helio in its taproom on November 16th, beginning at 3pm. Supplies are limited, with approximately 200 bottles available for purchase. Bottles will be priced at $15.99 plus tax, with a limit of two per person. To help celebrate, Chowgirls Killer Catering will be on site with free snacks to pair with the fruited ale starting at 4pm. Wooden Soul is Indeed’s wild, sour, and barrel-aged beer program, lead by Head Brewer Adam Theis. Indeed will celebrate the release of another Wooden Soul, a collaboration beer with Gamling & McDuck winery out of Napa, CA, with three events the week of November 20th. The collab will be featured at Napa by Northeast: Sour Beer & Wine Social on November 20th at Nightingale Minneapolis, a ticketed dinner at Restaurant Alma on November 21st, and a limited amount of the collaboration will go on tap at Indeed on November 22nd for a special Indeed We Can, with all taproom proceeds going to the North Bay Fire Relief.
