Oskar Blues Brewery Continues to Halt Beer Production to Can 220,200 Cans of Safe Drinking Water for Flood-Ravaged TexansMore Hurricane Harvey news from Oskar Blues:

LONGMONT, CO - In immediate response to the recent flood devastation in Texas, Oskar Blues Brewery and Ball Corporation teamed up with the CAN'd Aid Foundation to can and ship 220,200 cans of clean drinking water to the residents of Houston, TX.

Oskar Blues Brewery halted beer canning on August 29th to fill cans of water. 88,800 cans of fresh, safe water will arrive Friday, September 1, and 131,400 additional cans are set to be filled and shipped over the weekend.

More than 131,400 additional cans are set to be filled at Oskar Blues Brewery in CO.----

Catastrophic flooding from rainfall has left thousands without potable water, power or shelter. Oskar Blues Brewery with breweries in TX, CO and NC, together with the CAN’d Aid Foundation, have processed and prepared water to be distributed for disaster relief.
