Jester King Adding Reposé & Enigmatic Taxa Bottles

Jester King Adding Reposé Good morning Texas…today you get your first look at two new bottles coming soon from Jester King Brewery in Austin, TXReposé is a farmhouse ale refermented in Brandy barrels.  It is a Biere de Garde-style beer brewed with old hops that were aged for years in burlap bags in the attic of a horse barn.  Reposé will ride in at 6.5%-AbV.  We also have Enigmatic Taxa and it is a farmhouse pale ale refermented with grapefruit and it is a collaboration with Perennial Artisan Ales.  This beer was inspired by Perennial’s first beer (an American-hopped interpretation of a West Flanders pale ale or “Hommel” Beer) and it is rested overnight in Jester King’s coolship with grapefruit.  From there the beer is fermented in oak foudres until it hits 6.9%-AbV.  These are both 750ml bottles and stay tuned here for further updates and release details.
