Today we have a new big bottle coming from Hi-Wire Brewing in Asheville, NC. This is Dark Berry Sour and it is an ale brewed with raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. This beer will spend 2-weeks in stainless, 9 months in a foeder, 2 more weeks in stainless and 2-months bottle conditioning for a total fermentation time of 1-year. This beer will hit 6.9%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle packaging. Stay tuned here for release info.
