Kings Dominion & Center Of The Universe Partner Up to Bring You the Perfect Beer for Summer

Ashland, VA June 15, 2017 Kings Dominion is getting the royal treatment this summer. Thanks to a collaboration with Center of the Universe Brewing Company, the Doswell theme park is getting its own beer! A royal ale called Kings Brew.

Brewed for coaster enthusiasts, this Session IPA is made with 2-row barley and copious amounts of Cascade hops. Kings Brew has a nice malt backbone with citrus notes like lemon and orange peel. It’s an effervescent and sessionable brew fit for a king (and perfect for summer)!

“When the park decided we needed our own beer, the obvious choice was Center of the Universe. The brewery is located in Ashland, Virginia, only a short drive down I-95 from Kings Dominion. Center of the Universe Brewing is all about embracing and taking pride in the local community. Kings Dominion is honored to be a part of that community and partner with a great company to bring another local product into the park.” - Gary Chadwick- VP & General Manager of Kings Dominion

“We have always enjoyed a great partnership with our interstate neighbors at Kings Dominion, so it was only natural to take that partnership one step further with Kings Brew.  It is an honor to brew their official beer and we can't wait to enjoy one (or two) in-between hitting the coasters and relaxing in their expansive water park.” - Chris Ray, Cofounder, Center of the Universe Brewing Company.----

This royal ale is available on draft and in cans exclusively at Kings Dominion. Swing by any restaurant that serves beer in the park.
