The Redhook brewery and pub in Seattle’s Capitol Hill will feature a 10 barrel brewing system and 16 rotating taps of Redhook exclusive small batch beers. Our Innovation Brewmaster, Nick Crandall, will lead the brewery, creating new and experimental beers.

The pub will feature a crafted selection of appetizers and entrées from local Seattle purveyors.

BREWPUB PROGRESS UPDATE - MAY 2017



Lots of construction happening at the pub this month. We’re getting the floors ready to install our 10 barrel brewhouse, and the bars are coming together. Our fearless brewmaster Nick Crandall has an exciting lineup of local collaboration brews in the works to help kick off our grand opening this August in style.
