This is Pennon Blonde Wyld Ale from Half Acre Beer in Chicago, IL. This beer was first fermented in stainless in Feb 2016, then passed to neutral red wine barrels with different wild yeasts and bacteria. In Feb 2017, barrels were chosen and blended for the final bottle conditioning. This beer hits 6.3%-AbV and this is the 750ml bottle.
