This is Lemon Rye from Adelbert’s Brwery in Austin, TX.  This beer is part of the Whimsical Series and it is a pale ale brewed with rye, lemon peel and Mosaic hops.  This hoppy, juicy and zesty beer hits 4.5%-AbV and this appears to be a 12oz can so stay tuned for more details.
