Lompoc Adding Kung Fu IPA Series

As you know, we love creating IPA series, and we're especially excited about the most recent project! Our Kung Fu Series of IPAs so far includes 7 Drunken Masters IPA, a light copper-colored, highly-hopped ale with floral and citrus notes, mild caramel flavors and a lingering spicy bitterness.

The second in the series, debuting this Thursday, is Hoppy Tiger Bitter Dragon IPA, a collaboration with Swedish brewer Marie Kusa. This light, copper-colored beer packs a big tangerine and papaya nose with floral notes. The malt delivers mild caramel flavors. The photo at top right shows Marie in action!

The third in the series is a collaboration with our friends Ethan Powell and Tobias Hogan (bottom right) of EAT Cajun Kitchen & Oyster Bar, which will debut at the Williams Avenue Social on Feb. 24!
