From Hill Farmstead:
On Wednesday, January 18, we are releasing three beers at Hill Farmstead...
The first bottle is Brother Soigné Tequila.
375ml, $15 per bottle, 1 bottle limit per person (credit card and matching ID required, please see our bottle release policy).
Brother Soigné embodies the spirit of perpetual creative collaboration in conjunction with disciplined brewing endeavor. Long ago, our friend Luc traveled from Japan to brew with us this ale of mixed fermentation. This version of Soigné has been aged in tequila barrels.
In addition, we are releasing Leaves of Grass: January 28, 2016.
375ml, $12, 1 bottle limit per person (credit card and matching ID required, please see our bottle release policy).
Leaves of Grass represents our brewery's collective pursuit to create, explore, and challenge. For each batch, we employ uniquely different processes and ingredients. This particular batch, brewed one year ago with cherry crabapples, was aged for an extended period of time in wine barrels and has undergone an extended period of bottle conditioning.
The last bottle is Art Plum for onsite consumption only in our taproom.
375ml, $33, Onsite consumption only.
Art is the wine barrel fermented and aged version of Arthur (1922-2005), our grandfather's youngest brother as well as the name of our Farmstead® ale. A single barrel was selected and aged on a variety of hand-picked organic plums from Elmore Roots Nursery in Elmore, Vt., for several months. The result is a vibrant, refined expression of both harvest and craft.
We are open in Retail from Wednesday - Saturday, from 12pm - 5pm!
