Here’s a peek at another new Sour Series beer coming from Captain Lawrence Brewing in Elmsford, NY.  This is Pomme Sauvage and it is an American sour ale aged in French oak foudres with Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard (Salem, NY) apples.  This beer hits 7%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12.7oz bottle.
