Haddonfield, NJ  (December 15, 2016) – The thirsty folks at P.J.W. Restaurant Group are excited to announce the newest beer collaboration: P.J. the Elf’s IPA–brewed exclusively for the group by Yards Brewing Company. P.J. the Elf’s IPA is an American IPA available next week at select P.J. Whelihan’s and all three The Pour Houses in PA and NJ.

P.J. the Elf’s IPA is brewed exclusively with pale malt while Citra and Calypso hop flavors dominate, contributing to the tropical melon flavor and citrus undertones. The beer is dry hopped with El Dorado hops and even more Citra and Calypso hops, all which lead to a Jolly Rancher-esque bouquet and a truly festive, drinkable beverage at 6% ABV.

“We can’t all be Santa with a team of elves for the holidays, but we can sit down with loved ones and toast to happy times with P.J. the Elf,” said Jake Karley, Beverage and Special Projects Manager of P.J.W. Restaurant Group. “It was a blast working with our friends at Yards. We’re all thrilled with the results and excited to share it with our guests.”
