Our second Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout release is this weekend, Nov 19th at noon!!
BUZZ WORTHY (12.5% abv) was aged for 12 months in bourbon barrels, brewed with 500 lbs of meadowfoam honey and is a dangerously smooth 12.5% Imperial Stout.
1500 bottles, 4 bottle limit

BENNY and the BRETTS (9.3% abv) was aged for 13 months is our giant Sangiovese wine barrel (21HL). This Sour Red Rye, refermented with 12 Brett strains, is layered with fruit, wine, tannin, and oak character that yields increasing complexity as it warms. Satisfying even the most discerning sour beer lover's palate.
