This is Foeder Brett Saison from Hi-Wire Brewing in Asheville, NC. This beer is brewed with brettanomyces and fermented for 7-months (100%-oak fermentation). Look for Foeder Brett Saison to hit 6.5%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle. We also have dry-hopped (Hallertau Blanc & Citra) Brett Pale Ale (4.45%-AbV), Blackberry Sour Ale (8.2%-AbV), White Grape Grisette w/Sauvignon blanc grapes (5.5%-AbV) and Brett Pale Ale with Red Roselle Hibiscus (4.45%-AbV).
