Here’s another interesting beer coming from Arcade Brewery in Chicago, IL.  This is Alice’s Honey (and other flavors) Saison and it is brewed with honey, elder flowers and mace.  This beer looks to be brewed for Gene’s Sausage Shop & Deli and you’re looking at the 22oz bottle (with illustration by Tom Burns).  Alice will hit 6.4%-AbV and stay tuned for release details.
