Beachwood Blendery - Chaos Is a Friend of Mine & 4.1e3 Ale

Today we get to see two new bottles potentially coming in the future from Beachwood Blendery in Long Beach, CA. Chaos Is a Friend of Mine  is an ale fermented and aged in oak barrels (6.4%-AbV) and 4.1e3 Ale is a saison fermented with brettanomyces and aged in oak barrels with Nelson hops (6.4%-AbV).  These are both 750ml bottles and stay tuned for release details on both beers.


UPDATE:  Beachwood Blendery will be releasing the bottles below tonight (6/24):  “Fortune Favors the Funk” - Ale fermented and aged in Oak barrels and dry hopped with ex-598 hops, a collaboration with Sierra Nevada, and also “Propagation Series 5.2e5” - A cucumber, blood orange zest and ancho chili Berliner Weisse.
