Here’s an interesting collaboration coming from Shmaltz Brewing and Missouri’s Cathedral Square Brewery.  This is Immaculate Collaboration V and it is a barrel-aged sour imperial pomegranate saison.  This beer will hit 9%-AbV and it will be package din 750ml bottles at Cathedral Square.
