image

Looks like Long Trail will be joining the gose-generation with this new bottle.  This is Cranberry Gose and it is a gose-style beer brewed with freshly pressed cranberries from Massachusetts as well as coriander and salt.  Cranberry Gose will be kettle soured and it will come in at 5.2%-AbV and 8 IBU.  This beer will be package din 12oz bottles and stay tuned here for release details.  If that’s not enough Long Trail fun, we also have SMaSH Project made with Vienna malts and Amarillo hops (12oz Cans, 6.8%-AbV & 35 IBU)

21 Apr 2016:  This update and the video below for Cranbery Gose fro Long Trail:

From bog to barrel to our farmhouse-turned-pilot-brewery, take a look behind the scenes at Cranberry Gose.

Coming May 2016, this fruit-filled take on the German-style Gose is brewed with freshly pressed Massachusetts cranberries, coriander and a splash of salt. We kettle soured this cranberry concoction to create a refreshingly tart, effervescent ale.
