Leading up to Colorado Craft Beer Week, Fiction Beer Company comes out swinging with a variety of new offerings.

A Beer of Very Little Brain – an easy drinking, malty, amber, honey wheat common ale.  Inspired by A.A. Milne’s Winnie The Pooh.  Made for when you just need something simple yet flavorful. A spring seasonal release this beer is available March 17th.  4.8% ABV

Neptune’s Fickle Grace – Inspired by S from J.J. Abrams an Doug Dorst.   A citrus infused collaboration with Denver’s Tivoli Brewing Company.  This 100% Brettanomyces fermented IPA is sessionable at 4.7%, big on flavor, big on hop character and goes down smooth.   Pouring at Collaboration Fest and available on tap at Fiction Beer.

Damned Curious Business – Inspired by Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None.  The newest flagship release from Fiction is indeed a piece of curious business.  Tropical, Citrus and light pine hop aromas hit you first.  The malt subdued but balanced.  A touch of tartness, contributed from a sour process, adds complex characteristics to the hop flavor perception. 6.3% ABV and 40 IBU

New Age Lovecraft – Inspired by  The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz.  Brewed in collaboration with Cape May Brewing this beer is sure to please the devout Sasion aficionado.  A red saison rich with malt aroma, Belgian yeast derived flavor and complex spice characteristics.  A celebration of the Spring Equinox, brewed with all Equinox hops, our beer was made to show the complexity and depth of yeast derived pepper character while also showcasing the addition of Lemon Verbena, Galangal Root and Colorado White Clover Honey.   6.9% ABV
