Allagash - Uncommon Crow & Hive 56 Bottles

This morning you get your first look at two new bottles coming from Allagash Brewing.  Uncommon Crow is an ale aged with blackberries that uses Perle, Glacier and Simcoe hops. This beer is fermented with brettanomyces before spending 6 months in stainless and the addition of 1000 pounds of blackberries (for 5 months).  This beer hits 7.7%-AbV.  Hive 56 is a dark sour ale brewed with honey and brettanomyces that is aged in an oak foudre for 18 months.  Hive 56 uses Cascade and Northern brewer hops and it is aged for 18 months with brettanomyces bruxellensis and fresh honey.  This beer hits 7.9%-AbV.  These are both 12.7oz bottles and stay tuned here for release details.
