From Two Brothers:
A beer release of this magnitude requires a release party of equal significance. So, when False Dichotomy, an India Pale Lager collaboration between Two Brothers and Metropolitan Brewing, hits the market, we will have not 1, but 2 parties to celebrate this historic achievement in Chicago craft beer.
Giving some love to both our local fans, Two Brothers and Metropolitan will host a special tapping release party at both the Nobel House in Geneva and Jake Melnick’s in Chicago on March 3. Jake Melnick’s (41 E. Superior Street, Chicago, IL) tapping party will be from 6-8 p.m. while Noble House (305 W. State Street, Geneva, IL) will sling the pints from 7-9 p.m.
False Dichotomy is currently being brewed at the Two Brothers brewery in Warrenville, IL. Similar to an English style IPA, this collaboration beer combines lager yeast from Metropolitan Brewing with German Huell and Melon hops.
“For the past 26 years, Two Brothers and Metropolitan have been an integral part of the Chicago craft beer scene,” Two Brothers Brewing Company co-founder Jason Ebel said. “This is a great opportunity to come together and showcase a beer that Chicago is proud to call its own.”
