If there's one thing we love as much as beer, it's music. You might even say we're a brewery with a music problem. So when we partnered up with our pals at Record Store Day, we figured it made sense to create a beer that pairs perfectly with your favorite tunes.
A liquid tribute to RSD, this Belgian-style tripel has an ingredient list that was inspired by some of our favorite songs:
Orange Peel: Orange Crush by REM
Peppercorns: Sgt. Pepper by The Beatles
Candi Sugar: Sugar On My Tongue by Talking Heads
Cardamom: Mock Song by Phish
Music has been a part of Dogfish Head since before Dogfish Head. So it’s a natural fit for a brewery that makes ‘Analog Beer for the Digital Age’ to be the Official Beer of Record Store Day, a celebration of the unique culture of record stores and the special role they play in their communities.
We’ve also created a special brew for the occasion, Beer To Drink Music To. This Belgian-style Tripel is brewed with sweet orange peel, green cardamom, peppercorns and vanilla. It’s the perfect beer to pair with your favorite music.
