From Smuttynose:
It's a bright, sunny Sunday here at Smuttynose! Come spend your day with us and while you are here pick up some of our East Coast Common or Smoked Cherry Short Weisse. Complimentary tours start at 11am with tastings upon request, Smerch store stays open until 7pm!
The Dark Horse has returned, and this time it was after spending 9 months in red wine barrels.
Dark, bold, full of spirit. This imperial stout weighs in at a hefty 11% and will help keep you warm even during the darkest, coldest days of the year. Historically, the first imperial stouts was brewed in the 1700s for the Russian court of Catherine the Great. It’s pretty easy to see why this style has survived the
test of time and is now found all over the globe. It’s rich, velvety texture and big chocolatey notes are a liquid dessert and its strength will help them last, at least when properly cellared, for years to come. Ours is bottle and keg conditioned and we suspect this beer will develop wonderfully over the years.
Bottles will not be released to the trade so come down to Towle Farm to get yours! No bottle limit, doors open at 11am.
