Council Brewing - Beatitude Pineapple Tart Saison Bottles Coming 12/21

On Monday, December 21st, we will be releasing Beatitude Pineapple Tart Saison in the Tasting Room. Get it while you can, because this is a limited release and one of our most popular Beatitude variants.

You also may have noticed that ABV on all of our Beatitudes has changed. We recently performed a round of ABV testing by an independent laboratory on all of our packaged Beatitude Tart Saisons and confirmed that the beers are actually coming in at 4.5% ABV rather than 3.8%. We will not be making any recipe adjustments and will maintain the 4.5% ABV content of the beers. The beer falls within our goals of creating a sessionable, flavorful and highly quaffable beer.
