Uinta - FarmSide Saison With White Grape Must & Gooseberries Hitting Bottles

Today you get your first look at a new bottle coming from Uinta Brewing.  This is FarmSide and it is a Saison brewed with white grape must and gooseberries.  This seasonal beer will be packaged in 12oz bottles (and kegs below) and it will swing in at 5.6%-AbV.  Stay tuned for Feb 2016 release details. image

  1. Look for the best before 5/29/16 bottles. Way good. Clean crisp notes of both. With the initial taste and aroma of the saison yeast blends nicely the more you drink, those yeast notes become subtle as you are then engorged in a gooseberry like wine sitting farmside. Very nice. I usually don't like saisons but I just got the hook up on a growler and I am loving it.
