Here’s a peek at the latest packaging for Goose Island The Illinois. This Imperial IPA will return with a lower AbV, down from 9% to 8.3%-AbV. This beer uses four varieties of unique hops from Elk Mountain Farms (Cascade, Chinook, Calypso & Galaxy), it will be packaged in 12oz bottles and the beer remains at 95 IBU.
