On Tuesday November 24, we're hosting Night of the Living YEM. Yes, this marks the official release of this year's YouEnjoyMyStout, our bourbon-barrel aged Imperial Stout. This night will be a bottle release and sampling event in one! We'll be serving four variations of YEM including the belovedoriginal, a cold-infused George Howell Coffeeversion, another with Taza cocoa nibs and finally a version steeped with toasted coconut.
Chef Dave will also have some great specials to pair with the beer offerings. His menu includesRoasted Grass Fed Beef Bone Marrow, a Beer Braised Lamb Shank over Barley Risotto and Cranberries and a YEM Float with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream!
Stop by between 5 and 7pm on Tuesday to try some really great YEM variants. And while you're here, grab a bottle to share at your Thanksgiving table...or not.
