UPDATE:
Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, our first-ever barrel-aged production beer, is just about ready to hit shelves everywhere the fishing is good - and we wanna give yall a lil preview right here at the brewery.
This 11.3% behemoth was aged in Old Forester, Heaven Hill and Jack barrels for 6 months before being blended together into a supremely rich, full-bodied brew with subtle notes of chocolate and bourbon.
When: 10/4 from 1:30 till 4:30
Where: SweetWater Brewery
How much: starts at $10, but we'll have an EXTREMELY LIMITED deal for $30 that gets you 6 tasting tickets, one 750ml Cork & Cage bottle of the stout and a #properglassware 16oz snifter.
What else: Peek your head inside one of the Old Forester barrels we aged this heady brew in.
