Fort Collins, CO. – On October 8, 2015 Odell Brewing will partner with The Farmhouse at Jessup Farm to host a one-of-a-kind vertical tasting and beer pairing dinner. Doug Odell and Chef Joel Navejas will guide guests through eight carefully selected courses paired with all eight Woodcut releases.
Odell Brewing introduced the Woodcut series of beers in 2008. Every Woodcut offering is a truly limited-edition beer with a unique flavor that comes from select hops, fine malted barley and the brewer’s careful aging process. Each recipe was aged in new American oak barrels that were then retired along with the recipe.
“These are very special, and very limited beers,” said Adam D’Antonio Marketing and Event Specialist at Odell Brewing, “and some will be completely gone after this pairing, so it truly is a one-time event. The Farmhouse has been in an incredible partner and the menu for the evening is exquisite.”
The event begins at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8 in the brewery's Tap Room. Tickets can be purchased for $100 on Tuesday, September 15 at 10:00 a.m. MST at http://ht.ly/ScnxE. Only 75 seats are available for the event.
