- Iron Hill earned two medals in 2015:

- Silver for Russian Imperial Stout, their most awarded beer, from Iron Hill Media

- In a field of hundreds competing for medals, Iron Hill earned more than one, a notable achievement that they have managed often over their 19-year winning streak
- The GABF includes medals in 92 categories, with gold, silver and bronze medals awarded
- Judges compare beers without knowing their names or provenances
- After five three-hour judging sessions in three days, the awards are announced
- This year, 6,647 entries from 1,552 breweries competed for the coveted medals
- Iron Hill’s Director of Brewing Operations, Mark Edelson, released the following statement:
- “Our established history of earning national awards for our beers, along with our many repeat wins such as The Cannibal and Russian Imperial Stout, is a testament to the exceptional quality and consistency of our beers. Day in and day out, our brewers produce top-notch product, and we’re proud to recognize our winners and congratulate them.”
