From Grand Teton:
Pursuit of Hoppiness Imperial Red Ale is brewed to showcase the brash beauty of American hops: Bravo, Chinook and Columbus at 100 International Bitterness Units (IBU). The hops grown in the United States are considered to be some of the best in the world. Compared to their more traditionally subdued, elegant European counterparts, American hops are bold, bright, piney and zesty. This ale is brewed with Idaho 2-Row malted barley and German specialty malts to provide a rich, slightly caramel flavor and bold reddish color. At 18.5 degrees Plato starting gravity and about 8.5% alcohol by volume, this thick and warming beer is to be shared and savored.
Pursuit of Hoppiness is available annually for three months starting October 1st in 1/2 and 1/6 barrel kegs and 12 ounce four packs.

Coming Home 2015 Holiday Ale
Belgian-Style Spiced Brown Ale
This flavorful brown ale is brewed with dark Belgian candi sugar (for its caramel flavors), cardamom (found in Indian cooking and Turkish coffee), Curacao orange peels (a green, bitter orange found in the Caribbean), juniper berries (the primary flavor ingredient in gin) and vanilla beans. It is then fermented with Belgian Trappist Ale yeast.
The result is complex and aromatic, slightly dry and very drinkable. Pair it with any traditional holiday meal, since its caramel and spice flavors will complement roast ham, turkey, sweet potatoes, spice cake and pumpkin, apple or pecan pies.
Drink this now or cellar it for later. The spices are boldest and brightest while fresh, and will mellow and integrate more fully with time in the bottle.
Original Gravity: 19.5º; IBUs: 25; ABV: 9.5%; Color (Lovibond): 30.0º
Coming Home 2015 Holiday Ale will be available as a one time release
November 1, 2015 in 1/2 and 1/6 barrel kegs and bottle-conditioned 6/750mL bottle cases.
Signature Series: Ale 208 is #1!
Sept. 19th marks the second full year of production for Ale 208. This session ale is now Grand Teton Brewing’s number one selling beer. Within Watkins Distributing (our local market distributor) Ale 208 has become their number one selling craft beer. In the draft category, it ranks number three in their entire portfolio following only Budweiser and Bud Light! During its first showing at the Great American Beer Festival it won a silver medal.
Ale 208 is brewed with 100% Idaho grown ingredients. Its namesake comes from the 208 area code that encompasses all of Idaho and its artwork pays homage to the cultural heritage of the state. Ale 208 is only sold in and around Idaho. If you don’t live in the Gem State, we invite you to come visit us in the Tetons and enjoy Ale 208 and our other award-winning beers.
