Bolero Snort’s New Bravehorn Charges into NJ

imageFrom Bolero Snort:

(Ridgefield Park, NJ) – Hailing from the highlands, Bravehorn is charging onto the New Jersey Beer Scene this week! Hoards of cranberries rushed the boil providing a slight tartness to slight through this sweet malty Scotch Ale. Peels from the oranges of our enemies helped to finish off this brew.

Clocking in at 7%, Bravehorn can help fend off the coolest of fall nights without hitting you over the head like a battle axe. This full bodied, reddish-brown ale is has flavors of stone fruits and caramel with sweet finish. While everyone else was brewing their pumpkin beers, we decided to brew what we want…FREEDOM!

Bravehorn hits draft lines throughout Bolero Snort’s self-distribution network starting Friday, September 25th. Bombers (22oz bottles) of Bravehorn will be available starting September 28th alongside a limited number of waxed 500mL bottles of Apple Brandy Barrel Aged Happy Buck’n Anniversary Imperial Porter.

Pairing Notes:

Appetizer: Seared Lamb Chops, Smoked Salmon Crostini

Entree: Roasted Root Vegetables, Fried Turkey

Cheese: Morbier, Gruyere

Dessert:  Sticky Pudding
