Great Lakes Introduces Steady Rollin’ Session IPA

From Great Lakes:

Last night we invited a group of blogger friends to our Beer Symposium to preview this year's Burning River Fest. After a welcome pint, an inspired address from co-owner Pat Conway, and a brewery tour, we shared a special treat with our guests: a brand new Great Lakes beer.

Meet Steady Rollin' Session IPA, our 6th year-round beer, launching in January of 2016. A single-hopped session IPA brewed with Mosaic hops and inspired by the vibrant landscape of the Great Lakes region, Steady Rollin' is the perfect companion for cutting a new trail or rowing to a secluded bank with friends to kick back and watch the afternoon fade away. Fans of our Chillwave Double IPA will recognize the tropical fruit aromas and flavors of the Mosaic hop, which holds its own in Steady Rollin', adding tropical, fruity, and earthy aromas and flavors. Developed by GLBC Pub Brewer Steve Forman, Steady Rollin' is refreshing in its simplicity and taste. We can't wait to share it with you!

Try It First:
Don't want to wait until 2016 to try the newest member of our year-round family of beers? Then make sure you get a
ticket to this year's Burning River Fest on August 28 and 29 at the historic Coast Guard Station at Whiskey Island. We'll be pouring the first public taste of Steady Rollin' in addition to Burning River Pale Ale and Oktoberfest. If you're attending the fest, let us know what you think by tagging your Twitter tasting notes with #steadyrollin.
