From Elysian:
Night Owl Pumpkin Ale is back and tickets for our
Great Pumpkin Beer Festival (Oct. 2nd & 3rd) went on sale AUG 1st.
We've raised almost half a million dollars for the Fisher House and we've been busy brewing a ton of other specialty pumpkin beers, gearing up for the Fall.
NIGHT OWL RETURNS
Atypical to summertime practices of the carefree, the orange-minded brewers at Elysian have been thinking, breathing, and brewing pumpkin to prepare for its return to the shelves this August. This seasonally unseasonal tradition is part of the fabric of the brewing team and, each year, it all begins with the return of Night Owl, Elysian's flagship pumpkin beer.
Brewed with over seven pounds of Oregon pumpkin per barrel and spiced with the classic pie blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice, Night Owl is available August 1 in six-packs, 22-ounce bottles, and on draft in all Elysian's markets throughout the Northwest and beyond.
Elysian's pumpkin patch grows with the return of Great American Beer Festival silver medal winners, The Great Pumpkin Imperial Pumpkin Ale (2007) and Dark o' The Moon Pumpkin Stout (2010), along with Punkuccino Coffee Pumpkin Ale, an instant crowd favorite after its debut in bottles last year. These coveted specialty brews can be found in limited 22-ounce bottles and draft.

GREAT PUMPKIN BEER FESTIVAL

Loads of pumpkin brews, local food trucks, and pumpkin carving will be scattered throughout the event. Chaotic Noise marching band returns for another raucous horn-filled musical procession in celebration of the Great Pumpkins, and KEXP DJs Riz Rollins and Stevie Zoom are back at it again to spin the funky beats.
