Wicked Weed Brewing - “Succession” Biltmore Winery Collab (Video)

Working with a winery on a collaboration beer has always been on our list of things we've wanted to do. The Biltmore Winery​ was an obvious choice for us. They have been making amazing wine in the Asheville area for decades and brought a wealth of knowledge to the table. We could not be more honored to work with them and create this beer. Sour beer has roots in wine and wine-making, and thus, was the next logical collaboration for us to do in our sour program. We give you: Succession.

Our collab with Biltmore Winery is nearing its release. Succession is a barrel-aged golden sour with Riesling must. It has been an absolute blast and truly an honor to work with people as passionate about their craft as we are about ours.
