Troegs Hop Knife Cans, Master of Pumpkin & Anthology Fall Return

imageWe brought you the first look at the new Hop Knife cans…and now this from Troegs:

With fall on the horizon, we’re gearing up our next Hop Cycle release. Hop Knife Harvest Ale recognizes the time-honored tradition of hand-harvesting hops at the peak of maturity. At the end of fermentation, the beer flows through our HopCyclone releasing a bounty of preserved citrus rind, crushed jungle and tropical aromas. In addition to kegs and bottles in early August, we’re excited to introduce 12-oz. cans starting in September! Along with the Hop Cycle release look for the Anthology Fall 12-pack featuring HopBack Amber, Tröegs Pale Ale, Troegenator Double Bock and, of course, Hop Knife Harvest Ale.

Master of Pumpkins Sneak Peek

Learn More

Even though it’s the middle of summer, we’re closely monitoring progress of the key ingredient for Master of Pumpkins. Last week, the pumpkins started emerging from a quarter-acre patch at Strites’ Orchard – a mere six miles from the brewery. If Mother Nature cooperates, we’ll harvest and roast hundreds of pounds of neck pumpkins in late August, and brew Master of Pumpkins the first week of September. We plan on having it available in late September in 4-packs/cases of 375mL cork and cage bottles as well as limited draft throughout our entire distribution footprint.
