Green Flash Cellar 3 - Oculus Sauvage Belgian IPA

Here’s your first look at a new Cellar 3 Series beer coming from Green Flash brewing.  This is Oculus Sauvage and it is a Belgian-style IPA aged in red wine barrels for 12-24 months.  This American Imperial IPA / Belgian-style Trippel hybrid is fermented with brettanomyces and dry-hopped with Amarillo hops.  This beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer will hit 10.1%-AbV.
