We have a special IPA on our hands, and we can't wait to share it with you! Starting on Thursday 6/11, each and every Karl Strauss Brewing Company location will be serving an extremely limited amount of "Home" Brew on draft, our San Diego-style IPA brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra hops. Robust flavors and aromas of pineapple, tropical fruit and tangerine linger through a dry and hoppy finish. This beer is tasting awesome, and we're not kidding when we say "limited amount"... so don't wait until it's too late!! When this brew's gone, it's gone.
What's the occasion, you ask? The National Homebrewers Conference is being held in San Diego this week. So to celebrate homebrewers everywhere, we brewed a "Home" Brew of our own.
