Ballast Point Releasing Homework Series #5 For National Homebrewers Conference

Now, we may have grown a bit since opening up Home Brew Mart in 1992....but we have never forgotten our homebrewing roots. This week, San Diego will welcome homebrewers from throughout the US and beyond for the National Homebrewers Conference (NHC). We have a booth at the conference expo (right by the entrance...can't miss us), but whether or not you are attending, we have some cool things in store for you in our tasting rooms.

First off, we are releasing the next beer in our Homework Series, #5: a hoppy Belgian Pale Ale. The winner of an all-employee home brew contest, this hoppy Belgian-style pale ale has all the aroma you would expect from a Belgian, plus enough floral hop bitterness from 100% Belma hops to give your mouth plenty to be happy about.  Refreshing and restrained, this beer is perfect for enjoying while you brew. And we are including the recipe with each 22oz bottle so you can try your hand at brewing it in your own backyard! Get your first taste at the NHC, and find it in our tasting rooms starting tomorrow.
