Chicago Craft Beer Week approaches, that means we stir in a batch of Galactic Double Daisy Cutter. 

As told - we take the balm of barley and hops that stack-up Daisy Cutter,  double it, and lace it with a Galaxy varietal - like a donut swollen with tropical custard. Oozing and plush, this beer is the drool of feral spirits. 

Aimed at late nights and the first sweat filled days of the season, raise a glass to this crazy city.
