I’m excited to be he first to bring you some of the details for a classic Allagash beer. This is 2015 Fluxus and it celebrates the 20th Anniversary of their first beer sold in July 1995. This ever evolving beer is part of the Tribute Series and for 2015 it will be brewed with experimental hops and local maple syrup. Fluxus 2015 is a Golden ale brewed with Pilsner malt and a Belgian yeast strain that is then dry hopped with experimental hops 06277 and 06297. Look for Fluxus 2015 to be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer will clock in at 8%-AbV. Stay tuned for release details.
