Night Shift Funk'd Blanc Coming 3/11 & Sour Futures Program Ends

imageFrom Night Shift:

Some exciting beers coming to the Taproom this week, including our 100% bretty Funk'd Blanc! Recently, we also got some excellent press for our Taproom Yoga and Morph IPA Series - more yoga next month and more Morph on Tuesday!

Now, some bad news offset by some great news. Bad news: we will not be doing our Sour Futures program again this year for our Sour Weisse beers. Great news: we will be producing and selling much more of those beers in 2015 than we have in the past! So much, in fact, that we simply didn't see the need to pre-sell a certain portion of them. The
Ever Weisse release is planned for mid to late April, so look for more details soon!

Wednesday: Funk'd Blanc Bottle Release
Bottles of our newest addition to the Funk'd serious will be available this Wednesday! This 100% brett-fermented ale, aged in white wine barrels, sips with notes of white grape, citrus, and delicious funk. $16/bottle, no limits, also on draft, and Bone Daddy Burgers serving mind-blowing burgers all night!

Wednesday, March 18: Mariposa Release
Every once in a while, we have a barrel with beer inside that tastes simply too good to blend. These beers become our single-barrel releases (see:
Valentino, Valentina,Darkling). We another coming next week: Mariposa. Aged with citrus fruits and a blend of brett strains in one Chardonnay barrel, Mariposa (named after the Spanish word for butterfly) is delicate, bright, and utterly unique. Very limited bottle count, more details soon.
