Yes your monitor is not deceiving you.  This beer is blue.  Here’s the U.S. packaging for Abashiri Brewery Blue Glacier.  This ale is brewed with blue yams and FD&C Blue #1 coloring added.   This looks to be a 12oz can and the beer comes in at 5% ABV so be sure to “enjoy the smooth feeling on your throat.”
