Today we get a peek at two tart brews coming from White Birch Brewing in Hooksett, NH. Raspberry Berliner Weisse uses fruit puree with White Birch Brewing’s sour German-style wheat, it will be packaged in 12oz bottles and it come sin at 5.5% ABV. Blueberry Berliner Weisse also starts with the German-style wheat ale and the beer is soured with Lactobacillus and fermented on blueberries. This is only a keg label so far, but I suspect we’ll see bottles. This beer also comes in at 5.5% ABV.
