image Here’s a big new beer coming to bottles from Zumbier in Waukegan, IL.  This is John Goth’s Hoppy Time and it will use honey as well as Simcoe, Citra and Amarillo hops.  This beer comes in BIG at 10% ABV and a whopping 245 IBU.  Look for this beer to be packaged in 22oz bottles.

UPDATE:  Zumbier is telling me the label below is the actual finished label.
